Q. Your pricing seems a bit vague - do you give more detailed costs?
A. Yes - we always give you an estimate before work begins.

Q. The images on the website are very small. Do you work with large images?
A. Yes. The images on the website are for demonstration purposes. We routinely work with 300dpi images at 24mb. However we specialise in WEB images which by definition fit on to a web page. Much of our work involves scaling down the file size of image so they download quickly and fit correctly on a web page without significant loss of quality.

Q. How do I get my image to you?
A. We accept images in most formats by:
Email, CDROM, DVD, Chip / USB device or your website address.
